GRABO HighFlow is GRABO®’s most powerful cordless vacuum lifter, engineered to grip extremely porous, rough, and open-grain materials that can defeat standard suction tools. Its high-volume pump delivers an impressive 1,500 L/min (1.5 m³/min) airflow, allowing it to build and maintain a strong, stable vacuum on demanding surfaces such as dry cast pavers, rough concrete, raw timber, untreated stone, rough brick, plywood, and OSB. The innovative pistol-grip design, SMART CUT foam seal, and user-friendly T-Bar handle provide improved ergonomics for lifting, moving, and installing heavy porous materials with greater precision and confidence. A large digital display shows real-time vacuum pressure in PSI or BAR, while the pump cycles automatically to maintain the seal as you move and position materials. The dual-battery system keeps the high-volume pump running during demanding applications, and the tool supports suction plates in 300 × 300 mm and 400 × 400 mm sizes, with the 400 mm plate increasing lifting capability to up to 242 lbs (110 kg).
The GRABO® HighFlow features four power levels from 50 W to 160 W, a maximum vacuum rate of 0.19 bar (2.7 psi), and a working temperature range of 23°F–122°F (-5°C–50°C). The supplied GRABO® 20V (18V EU) battery system uses the TB21000 battery with 5.0 Ah capacity, 18 V nominal voltage, and 21 V charge voltage, providing up to 30 minutes of working time on a full charge. The included 84 W charger accepts 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, with up to 2 A input and delivers 21 V output at 3.6–4.4 A under load (4.5 A max). The tool measures 11.9 × 7.2 × 5.8 in (303 × 184 × 147 mm) and weighs 6.4 lbs (2.9 kg) with the 300 × 300 add-on and battery. The 300mm suction plate is included, while the 400mm suction plate is available separately. The system also includes a T-Bar handle with wired remote ON/OFF control for ergonomic paver laying.
