Milwaukee Diamond Ultra Segmented Blades
Milwaukee Diamond Ultra Segmented Blades deliver industry-leading cutting speeds and maximum battery run time on heavy-duty jobsite materials. Featuring a specialized turbo-notch segment geometry with alternating beveled edges, these blades cut cured concrete up to 2.5X faster while delivering ultra-smooth starts and faster plunge cuts. The laser-welded segment construction ensures exceptional bond strength and durability when cutting through demanding substrates, including reinforced concrete with rebar, natural stone, concrete pavers, brick, block, and roof tile.
Engineered with keyhole gullets for faster debris and slurry evacuation, each blade features a vented steel core that quickly dissipates heat to prevent tension loss and core warping during sustained dry cutting. Optimized specifically for the Milwaukee MX FUEL™ 14″ Cut-Off Saw while delivering up to 75% longer run-time on cordless platforms, these blades also mount seamlessly to hand-held gas cut-off saws, brick saws, and walk-behind masonry saws via their universal 1″ to 20 mm arbor. Available in 12-inch and 14-inch diameters, they give concrete cutting contractors and masonry fabricators a versatile wet and dry solution built for maximum throughput and reduced blade-change downtime.
Main Features
- Turbo Notch Segment Geometry: Delivers up to 2.5X faster cutting speeds in concrete with alternating beveled edges for smooth starts and rapid plunge cuts.
- Extended Battery Run-Time: Delivers up to 75% longer run-time per battery charge when paired with cordless equipment like the MX FUEL™ 14″ Cut-Off Saw.
- Laser-Welded Segment Durability: High-strength metallurgical weld withstands heavy impact and high thermal stress in abrasive reinforced concrete and stone.
- Vented Cooling Core: Heat-dissipating expansion slots channel cooling airflow to prevent core dish and maintain blade tension during dry cuts.
- Keyhole Gullet Architecture: Accelerates the ejection of aggregate fines and cutting slurry from the kerf to extend overall blade life.
- Universal Dual Arbor: Fitted with a 1″ arbor and a precision 20 mm reducer bushing for broad compatibility across gas, electric, and battery saws.
- Wet and Dry Versatility: Performs reliably in pressurized wet-cutting setups or dry jobsite cutting without a water supply.

Safety & Operating Guidelines
- Always verify that the host saw’s spindle speed does not exceed the maximum rated RPM.
- Ensure the 20 mm adapter bushing is properly seated and flush against the mounting arbor flange when installing on 20 mm spindle machines.
- Never force or twist the blade sideways inside the kerf to prevent segment stripping and core tension loss.
- Utilize continuous water delivery or an approved OSHA Table 1-compliant dust extraction system when dry-cutting materials containing respirable crystalline silica.
