Why I don’t get Free Shipping if my order is over $300?

Orders which need to be shipped via Freight don’t qualify for Free Shipping, however we’ve significantly reduced the amount of the Shipping charges. Any order which can be delivered via UPS or FedEx will qualify for Free shipping, being its total over $300

Do your products carry a warranty?

At USA Granite Tools we work only with premium quality products and we honor all Product Warranties from the fabricators.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worlwide. However, this is restricted to the places where the carriers are allowed to ship. Please check here if we can ship to your country.

Do you have free Shipping?

Yes, we have domestic Free Shipping for Orders over $300. If your Order qualifies, you will be presented with this option during the Checkout process. Free Shipping refers to regular Ground shipping. If you need your products sooner, you can Upgrade your Shipping Method at Checkout. My oder has not arrived

Click “My Orders” in the top menu where your Account name appears. Select the Order that has not arrived yet, if there is a tracking number, please check with the shipper. If the status of your Order is “Delivered” please contact Customer Support
