USA Granite Tools Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight, depending on the product.

FREE SHIPPING

USA Granite Tools offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $300, except when one or more of the products in the order should be shipped via LTL Freight, in which case a Flat rate will be applied, and it will be shown at Checkout, depending of the contents of the order.

LTL FREIGHT

For orders that need to ship via LTL Freight (large items and/or delicate products), the customer needs to provide a Commercial Shipping address, in which must be present a forklift or a high dock. If these two conditions are unmet, please get in touch with us before placing the order.

SHIPPING RATES

If the order doesn’t qualify for Free Shipping or goes via LTL Freight, the shipping rate will be determined at checkout, depending on the weight and dimensions of the order, and will be presented in real-time. The customer can select ground shipping or a most expedited shipping method, depending on the address and type of ordered products. All the options will be shown before the payment is collected.

LEAD TIMES

Most products will ship the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm EST. Orders that need to be shipped via LTL Freight will take 1 or 2 days for order processing and preparation and will have a transit time of 2-10 days, depending on the destination. Please give us a call if you need a more precise timeframe.
