Compatible with imported planetary machines, it is ideal for the metal-bond grinding stages of surface preparation, creating a consistent profile before applying coatings or beginning the polishing process.

Compared to the Single Round version, the Double Round Prep Tool offers two diamond segments for increased coverage and stability, making it an excellent choice for general concrete preparation. Available in soft, medium, and hard bond options with 16, 30, 60, and 120 grit configurations, it can be matched to different concrete hardness and project requirements. Use a soft bond on hard concrete and a hard bond on soft concrete, selecting coarse grits for aggressive stock removal and finer grits as you progress toward polishing.
