Blue Star Diamond EasyEdge Cup Wheels use Blue Star Diamond Technology, a revolutionary design that improves edge quality while reducing the scratches and gouging that metal bond cup wheels can cause. The Easy Edge™ system is intended to eliminate metal bond cup wheels on most concrete polishing projects while providing a fast, lightweight, and easy-to-use solution for achieving a superior edge.
Easy Edge™ Ceramic Cupwheels can run on most hand grinders and walk-behind edge machines that use a 5″ or 7″ wheel with a 5/8″-11 threaded connection. The 5/8″-11 threaded adapter provides the mounting system, while the wheels work well on hard, medium, and soft concrete for both dry and wet applications. Always review the maximum operating speed marked on the wheel and compare it with the grinder’s RPM; do not exceed the wheel’s maximum operating speed.
