Milwaukee Open-Lok Grout Removal Blade is a professional-grade oscillating multi-tool blade engineered to deliver up to 15X longer life than standard carbide grit blades when clearing damaged grout, mortar, and adhesive beds. Powered by Milwaukee’s DIAMOND MAX™ diamond grit technology, this blade incorporates higher-grade industrial diamonds secured through a high-retention bonding process to resist severe friction heat, segment wear, and premature fracturing. The curved cutting edge gives tile installers and restoration contractors precise plunge control and faster material evacuation, preventing accidental chipping or scarring of adjacent tile edges.

Designed with a raised anchor and segmented profile, the blade cuts flush along flat surfaces and reaches cleanly into tight 90-degree corners without overcutting adjacent walls or floor tiles. Its 1/8-inch kerf is optimized for standard grout joint widths, making quick work of epoxy, polymer-modified, and sanded grouts. Built with a reinforced Universal Fit OPEN-LOK™ anchor, it minimizes operational vibration and provides rigid torque transfer across more than 100 non-Starlock oscillating multi-tools, while a protective black oxide coating and durable laser etching safeguard against rust and ensure permanent tool identification.
