VMC Rubber Backer Pads – US Thread balance flexibility and control for contouring, shaping, and polishing curved edges on natural stone, quartz, and concrete. With a resilient rubber body, these backer pads flex smoothly along bullnose profiles, ogee details, sink cutouts, and inside radii, preventing the facet marks and gouging rigid backer pads often cause on curved surfaces.

Featuring an industry-standard 5/8″-11 thread, these backing holders mount directly onto standard US spindle polishers and variable-speed angle grinders. The heavy-duty hook-and-loop (Velcro® brand fastener) face ensures rapid, tool-free disc changes and maintains a strong, slip-resistant grip on diamond polishing pads during both wet and dry processing.
