Engineered around the IMPACTS Dustcom 4025 platform, it delivers outstanding dust extraction for demanding applications while enhancing job-site safety, visibility, and productivity. With an impressive 765 CFM (1,300 m³/h) airflow and a 52-gallon (200-liter) dust-collection capacity, it efficiently supports concrete surface preparation, shot-blasting operations, and abrasive recovery. In addition to removing process dust, the DC4025 helps reclaim and recycle blasting media, allowing shot blasters to operate at peak efficiency.

Built for maximum performance and operator convenience, the Dustcom 4025 operates on 480V/60Hz, 16A power and features a large, easy-to-use dust bin with an innovative all-in-one lifting lock, removable and interchangeable dust hose connection, electro-pneumatic compressor regulation, and a smooth external frame without protruding edges for easier handling. The machine can be split into two units for greater transport flexibility and includes lifting locks for convenient handling. Measuring 63″ L × 31″ W × 55″ H, weighing 1,040 lbs.
