DiStar Esthete Diamond Blade
The DiStar Esthete Diamond Blade is designed for precise dry cutting of ceramic tile and porcelain gres, including material with delicate decorative coatings and soft glaze. Its ultra-thin 1.1 mm diamond layer supports a narrow, controlled cut with minimal chipping when used correctly.
Clear View and Stable Cutting
The see-through blade design helps the operator follow the cutting line. A flange-reinforced body adds stability on harder ceramic tile, while laser segmentation helps cool the cutting layer during dry use.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
Both SKUs use a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor, a 1.1 mm diamond layer and dry operation on a compatible angle grinder. Verify blade diameter, guard capacity, spindle fit and the marked maximum RPM before ordering.

Dry-Cutting Safety
Use a steady feed and follow the angle-grinder and blade manufacturers’ instructions. Avoid overheating the diamond layer, wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection, use suitable dust collection, inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
