DiStar Shine turns every cut into a flawless finish, delivering what craftsmen have long dreamed of—a blade capable of producing a perfectly clean edge with zero post-processing. With its ultra-thin 0.6 mm diamond layer and fine-grained structure, it achieves unmatched precision on porcelain stoneware: no chipping, no grinding, no touch-ups, just polished perfection delivered 2–3 times faster than standard blades. Its exceptionally thin body reduces power consumption, extending the runtime of battery-powered grinders, while PTFE-reinforced flanges make operation almost silent, offering a smooth, whisper-quiet cutting experience. Available in a 5″ version for long, continuous cuts and a 101.6 mm size for precise work on sockets, buttons, and small elements, DiStar Shine is designed exclusively for battery-powered grinders and requires water cooling, ideally provided through the MECHANIC Spray 4.5″–5″ attachment for clean, controlled cooling or the Roller 4.5″–5″ for dust capture.
