DiStar Multigres Diamond Blade
The DiStar Multigres Diamond Blade is designed for fast dry cutting of porcelain gres, ceramic wall and floor tile, and marble. Its thin diamond layer supports efficient cutting and a clean edge with a compatible angle grinder.
Fast Dry Cutting for Tile and Marble
DiStar reports cutting speeds up to 2 linear meters per minute and, under manufacturer testing on porcelain gres, a lifetime approaching 5 square meters or 440 running meters. Actual speed, finish and blade life depend on the material, grinder condition, feed rate and operator technique.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
The 4.5 in blade has a 1.4 mm diamond layer and the 5 in blade has a 1.6 mm diamond layer. Both use a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor, a 10 mm high diamond layer and dry operation. Verify blade diameter, guard capacity, spindle fit and the marked maximum RPM before ordering.

Dry-Cutting Safety
Use a steady feed and follow the grinder and blade manufacturers’ instructions. Wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection, use suitable dust collection, inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
