DiStar Gres Master Diamond Blade
The DiStar Gres Master Diamond Blade is built for fast dry cutting of porcelain gres and ceramic tile. Its turbo diamond rim engages dense material while helping release heat and debris, giving installers controlled penetration and efficient cutting with an angle grinder.
Choose the Right Gres Master Size
The 4.5 and 5 in blades use a 1.4 mm rim for fast work on porcelain gres and ceramic tile. The 9 in version uses a 1.6 mm microturbo segmented rim and is designed for thick outdoor terrace gres, including 20 mm pavers. Edge finish and blade life depend on material hardness, feed rate, grinder condition and operator technique.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
All three SKUs use a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor and are designed for dry use on a compatible angle grinder. Verify blade diameter, guard capacity, spindle fit and the marked maximum RPM before ordering.

Dry-Cutting Safety
Use a steady feed and follow the grinder and blade manufacturers’ instructions. Wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection, use suitable dust collection, inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
