DiStar Decor Slim Diamond Blade
The DiStar Decor Slim Diamond Blade is an ultra-thin dry-cutting blade for ceramic, porcelain gres, floor tile and wall tile. Its 1.2 mm diamond edge reduces kerf width and cutting resistance to support clean, controlled cuts with a compatible angle grinder.

DiStar rates Decor Slim for ceramic and porcelain gres and offers it in 4.5 and 5 in diameters. Manufacturer testing on 10 mm porcelain gres reached up to 1.75 m/min while maintaining a high-quality edge. Actual performance depends on the material, grinder condition, feed rate and operator technique. The manufacturer does not recommend this blade for marble, granite or glazed tile.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
Both SKUs use a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor, a 1.2 mm diamond edge and dry operation. Verify blade diameter, guard capacity, spindle fit and the marked maximum RPM before ordering.

Dry-Cutting Safety
Use a steady feed and follow the grinder and blade manufacturers’ instructions. Wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection, use suitable dust collection, inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
