Equipped with an industry-standard 5/8″-11 female thread, this 5-inch backer pad mounts directly onto standard US spindle hand polishers and variable-speed angle grinders. The heavy-duty Velcro® brand fastener face provides strong, slip-resistant adhesion to keep diamond polishing discs securely locked in place during high-friction wet or dry processing, while enabling fast, tool-free disc changes between grits.
