The Groves Stacking Rack is designed to streamline the storage, transport, and handling of remnants, cutoffs, strips, and cut-to-size pieces. Engineered for versatility, this rack can be stacked three high with a stationary bottom, maximizing space efficiency in your workspace. Alternatively, a single rack can function as a job site cart, facilitating safe transport and handling of materials. It easily rolls through a standard 30″ door opening. An optional caster kit is available for enhanced mobility, comprising four 5″ diameter casters (two rigid and two swivel brakes), enabling smooth movement and maneuverability. The rack features removable front legs for convenient hand loading and unloading, ensuring ease of use in various applications.

Additionally, hold-down bars secure the material to the rack, preventing damage during transport. Riveted rubber on the base and uprights protect delicate materials, safeguarding them against potential scratches or abrasions. With its robust construction and thoughtful design features, The Rack offers practical solutions for efficient material management in industrial and commercial settings.

Safety Warning

• The maximum capacity is 3,000 lbs. total. One rack can hold 3,000 lbs., but if stacked three high, each rack has a maximum weight capacity of 1,000 lbs.
• Do not stack more than 3 units high
• Do not attempt to move stacked racks
• Casters cannot be used when racks are stacked
• Always secure material with ratchet straps
