STI FL-07 Diamond Pads are Substrate Technology’s patented, best-selling resin-bond diamond polishing pads, engineered specifically for dry concrete polishing. Designed to refine concrete surfaces from the polishing stages through a smooth, high-gloss finish, these exclusive pads provide exceptional durability with an approximate service life of 10,000 sq. ft. (1,000 m²) per pad. Their versatile design makes them compatible with virtually any major concrete polishing machine, making them a trusted choice for contractors who polish concrete every day.

The FL-07 Diamond System features a five-step polishing process using 3-inch resin-bond diamonds formulated specifically for concrete that has already been ground with metal-bond diamonds. Available from Step #3 through the final Lux pad, each pad is used in sequence to progressively refine the surface and produce a clean, reflective finish. The Lux pad can also be used as a final finishing tool to add extra gloss and visual “pop” to polished concrete floors.
