GRABO HighFlow Replacement Foam Seals
GRABO HighFlow Replacement Foam Seals are replacement foam accessories designed to restore reliable vacuum grip on flat, porous, and highly textured materials when used with compatible GRABO® suction plates. Available in four presentations, these seals include the 12″ × 12″ Standard Uncut Foam Seal, the 12″ × 12″ Smart Cut Foam Seal, the 16″ × 16″ / 400mm Standard Uncut Foam Seal, and the 16″ × 16″ / 400mm Smart Cut Foam Seal. The standard uncut versions provide dependable general-purpose lifting, with the 12″ × 12″ model supporting up to 150 lbs (68 kg) and the 16″ × 16″ / 400mm model supporting up to 242 lbs (110 kg). They are easy to attach and replace, making them practical to keep on hand for demanding jobs.
The Smart Cut versions feature precisely cut open-cell foam for greater pliability and improved grip on challenging, highly textured porous materials. The 12″ × 12″ Smart Cut Foam Seal is designed for the GRABO® Suction Plate 300, while the 16″ × 16″ / 400mm Smart Cut Foam Seal pairs with the GRABO® Suction Plate 400 and provides lifting capabilities up to 242 lbs (110 kg), including larger porous materials weighing more than 150 lbs. All four versions are engineered for compatible GRABO® tools and mounting systems and are not compatible with the DeWalt GRABO®.
