STI SPIN-1 Concrete Polishing Pads are diamond- and resin-coated natural-fiber burnisher pads engineered to polish new concrete to a clean, high-gloss finish in a fraction of the time required by traditional large polishing machines. Designed for use on high-speed propane or electric burnishers (1,000–3,000 RPM), these versatile pads can be run wet or dry and are ideal for polishing smooth, cured, steel-troweled concrete as well as restoring polished floors and buffing floor guard products.

The SPIN-1 System follows a five-grit progression (#1 through #5), moving from aggressive cutting to final buffing for a consistent, reflective finish. Each pad treats approximately 20,000 sq. ft., with periodic rinsing every 3,000 sq. ft. recommended for maximum life. For best results, SPIN-1 should be used on concrete that is at least 4,000 PSI, 28 days old, steel-troweled, and free of coatings or sealers. Always keep the burnisher moving during operation to prevent swirl marks or unwanted aggregate exposure.
