STI EG Grout Pans are patent-pending stainless steel grout pans designed to fill pinholes and small surface voids in epoxy terrazzo and concrete floors, creating a smoother, denser surface before the final polishing stages. Designed for use with Prep/Master® floor grinders, they are an essential step in the TPS Terrazzo Polishing System, ensuring a cleaner, more uniform finish by working epoxy and marble flour (calcium carbonate powder) deep into the floor surface.

Built for professional terrazzo and concrete restoration, STI EG Grout Pans should be operated at 15Hz (electric) or 2100 RPM (propane) with the pocket weights positioned on the handle, and never above 250 RPM tool speed to maximize service life and prevent floor burning. Each grout pan provides an approximate service life of 10,000 sq ft, making it a reliable solution for contractors seeking consistent, high-quality polishing results after the grout has cured for at least 8 hours.
