STI Prep/Master Dust Collector 3003GP is an industrial-sized vacuum designed to collect large amounts of fine, toxic silica dust across a wide range of surface-preparation applications. Originally developed more than 15 years ago and now completely redesigned, the Prep/Master 3003GP delivers an improved user experience, increased portability, and optimized energy efficiency, making it a favorite in the surface preparation industry. With no impossible applications, it performs reliably in environments ranging from laboratories and workshops to mechanical engineering and the cement industry. The hose is sold separately and can be cut to the desired 25 ft. length at purchase.

Built for safe and efficient dust management, this dust collector features a newly updated Longopac disposal system for secure collection of toxic waste and dust, an OSHA-compliant HEPA filter, and a durable distribution box with two 230V power outlets—32A and 62A—so one power supply can run both the vacuum and a grinder or shot blaster. It operates on 230V/60Hz, 3-phase power and delivers 317 CFM (540 m3/h) airflow. Optimized for maximum performance with minimum weight, it measures 30 inches long, 26 inches wide, and 59 inches high (77 x 66 x 150 cm), weighs 435 lbs. (197 kg), includes a convenient 2-inch vacuum hose connection, and is compatible with Prep/Master 3030 & 3038LP grinding machines, Prep/Master 4430 & 4438LP grinding machines, and the IMPACTS S270E-75R Shot Blaster.
