As the newest addition to the Prep/Master lineup, it features a 27-inch grinding width and a powerful 20 HP (14 kW) WEG electric motor, available in single- or three-phase configurations at 230V, providing the torque and consistency required for demanding commercial and residential flooring applications. Its variable-speed drive, adjustable pocket-weight system, and integrated 10-gallon (37 L) water tank allow operators to optimize head pressure and easily switch between wet and dry grinding, while the four included tool plates support 12 tools for consistent multi-head grinding performance. With approximately 60% of its weight concentrated on the grinding head and two attached 44-lb weights, the Prep/Master® Sr. delivers exceptional grinding and polishing efficiency for projects up to 5,000 sq ft (500 m²).
Built for productivity and convenience, the Prep/Master® Sr. includes an LED work light to illuminate the cutting path, carrying poles for two- or three-person lifting, an onboard USB charger, and a phone holder to improve jobsite efficiency.
