Cyclone V1 Cutter/Grinder with the Vacuum Brazed Technology, hold the Diamonds on the surface of the cup wheel until they no longer cut. They have a multi-layered design so once the diamonds on one layer no longer cut then the next layer takes over. This technology prevents the loss of balance on the cup wheel and provides consistent  Cutting and Stock Removal. It also allows for a lighter Cup Wheel compared to Silicon Carbide and sintered metal cup wheels. The Continuous Rim design offers a wide layer of vacuum Brazed Diamonds which allows you to Cut and Shape with the same tool. You might also want to check our other Grinders & Shapers.
