DiStar CoolPAD 2 in Polishing Pad
The DiStar CoolPAD 2 in Polishing Pad is a compact four-step dry diamond system for grinding, smoothing and polishing porcelain tile, ceramic tile and glazed surfaces. Its 50 mm diameter gives the operator precise control along edges and in tight areas.
Four-Step Dry Polishing System
Use the steps in order for a progressive finish. Step 1 provides coarse grinding and replaces grits 30, 60 and 120. Step 2 replaces 120, 200 and 400. Step 3 replaces 400, 800 and 1000. Step 4 produces the final polished finish.

Size and Compatibility
Each pad measures 50 x 3 x 7 mm, approximately 2 in in diameter, with a 7 mm mounting hole. Confirm the pad mount and operating limits are compatible with the selected compact tool before use.
Dry-Polishing Safety
Follow the tool and pad manufacturers’ instructions, use suitable dust control and wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection. Inspect the pad before use and never exceed its marked operating limits.
