DiStar PRO Gres Diamond Blade
The DiStar PRO Gres Diamond Blade combines dry cutting and edge grinding for ceramic tile and porcelain gres. Its face has a wide diamond layer that lets installers cut, remove edge irregularities and refine the tile without changing tools.
Cut, Grind and Miter With One Blade
The 20 mm wide diamond layer supports straight cuts, curved cuts and edge grinding. It is especially useful for 45-degree miter work because the blade can refine the exposed edge immediately after cutting. DISTAR also identifies the MECHANIC Slider 45 as a compatible accessory for guided miter cutting.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
Both sizes use a 1.9 mm blade thickness, 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor and dry operation. Verify the blade diameter, grinder guard capacity, spindle fit and marked maximum RPM before ordering.

Dry-Cutting and Grinding Safety
Follow the blade and angle-grinder manufacturers’ instructions. Wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection, use suitable dust collection, inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
