DiStar Edge Dry Diamond Blade
The DiStar Edge Dry Diamond Blade is designed for dry 45-degree miter cutting of ceramic tile and porcelain gres. Its rigid body and smooth cutting action help produce controlled, professional edge finishes.
Cut and Refine Tile Edges
A wide 25 mm double-sided diamond layer reinforces the blade body. The honeycomb-pattern diamond bond supports smooth cutting, while the broad working surface helps guide the blade and can also grind and refine the tile edge after cutting.
Verified Sizes and Arbor
Both SKUs use a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) arbor, a 1.6 mm blade thickness and dry operation on compatible angle grinders. For demanding porcelain-gres miter cuts, DISTAR recommends an angle grinder with at least 1.2 kW of power.

Dry-Cutting Safety
Follow the angle-grinder and blade manufacturers’ instructions, use suitable dust collection and wear eye, hearing and respiratory protection. Inspect the blade before use and never exceed the marked maximum RPM.
