GRABO HighFlow Suction Plates
GRABO HighFlow Suction Plates expand the GRABO® HighFlow’s lifting capability for large, heavy, porous, and highly textured materials. Available in six presentations, the range includes the Suction Plate 300, Suction Plate 300 + Foam Seal 300 Bundle, Suction Plate 300 + Smart Cut Foam Seal 300 Bundle, Suction Plate 400, Suction Plate 400 + Foam Seal 400 Bundle, and Suction Plate 400 + Smart Cut Foam Seal 400 Bundle. The square 300mm (12″ × 12″) plate provides a larger gripping surface for materials such as porous dry cast pavers and large bricks, with a lifting capacity of up to 150 lbs (68 kg). The 400mm (16″ × 16″) plate offers an expanded gripping area for extra-large, extra-heavy porous pavers, slabs, heavy stone blocks, tiles, countertops, and larger construction materials, increasing capacity to 242 lbs (110 kg). Both plates attach quickly to the GRABO® HighFlow using four quick-lock pins, while the 400mm plate also features built-in heavy-duty eye bolts for larger rigging applications with a crane, hoist, or excavator.
The matching foam seal bundles provide complete gripping assemblies, with standard foam seals designed for large, heavy, flat, and porous materials and Smart Cut foam seals featuring strategically engineered cuts that conform to extremely textured and porous surfaces for improved grip and stability where standard seals may fall short. The 300mm foam configurations support loads up to 150 lbs (68 kg), while the 400mm configurations support up to 242 lbs (110 kg). The 300mm Suction Plate is included in the base GRABO® HighFlow kit but is also available as an add-on or replacement, while the 400mm plate provides a practical upgrade for seriously heavy or awkward materials. All presentations are designed specifically for the GRABO® HighFlow.
