Achilli ALU PLUS Portable Bench Saw is a professional portable bench saw built around a high-strength extruded aluminum frame that reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity or cutting precision. A reinforced 100 × 60 mm pickled steel beam provides additional structural stability where cutting forces are highest, while the manual bridge tilt from 90° to 45° allows straight, bevel, and miter cuts. The plunge-cut mechanism provides precise depth adjustment, and the removable ABS water tank with a dedicated sludge separation area and built-in recycling pump continuously cools the blade without requiring an external water supply. Side carrying handles and folding legs make the ALU PLUS practical to transport and set up on demanding job sites.

The Achilli ALU PLUS Portable Bench Saw is offered in four configurations to match different cutting requirements: ALU 80 with a 600–800 mm cut range, ALU 130 with up to 1300 mm, the standard ALU 200 with up to 2000 mm of cutting length, and the ALU 200 with Handwheel, which adds a handwheel for longitudinal feed. All configurations feature a 3 HP (2.2 kW) single-phase motor at 230V, accept 250–350 mm (10″–14″) blades with a 25.4 mm (1″) arbor, and use a galvanized steel rail worktable with integrated handles and a squaring guide. The ALU PLUS is suitable for ceramic and porcelain tile, marble, granite, natural stone, brick, masonry, and general construction materials.
