Achilli TFR-A Automatic Bench Saw
Achilli TFR-A Automatic Bench Saw is a high-production granite and stone bridge saw designed for shops producing 1–2 kitchens per day as well as high-volume fabrication facilities that need additional cutting and fabrication speed. Its compact, sturdy structure requires no foundation and is designed for production work, with a motorized head offering variable forward and reverse travel from 0–21 ft/min. The entire bridge tilts manually from 90° to 45° for full-length miter and bevel cuts, while the blade head itself remains fixed and does not tilt. This design eliminates bearings and moving bridge or motor components that could loosen and compromise precise miter cuts. The saw also features hydraulic pop-up rollers with 32 omni-directional rollers for easy slab loading, turning, positioning, and adjustment.
The Achilli TFR-A Automatic Bench Saw includes a 145-gallon water collection and recycling tank with a pump rated up to 66 gallons per minute; the tank bolts directly to the machine frame to conserve water, recover more water from the saw bed, protect the pump and tank from damage, and allow cleaning underneath the machine. The pump starts automatically with the main motor and shuts off when the motor stops. A laser diode mounted on the head marks the blade cutting line, while six 20-inch-wide worktable extensions can be mounted on either side to increase total width from 47″ to 56″ on one side or 76″ on both sides for full-slab support. The TFR-A also includes separate powered Z-axis blade-height adjustment for step cutting, plunge cutting, depth control, straight cuts, and miter cuts; a full control panel; a 5.5 HP motor capable of cutting 3 cm of material without slowing; and acceptance of 10″, 12″, and 14″ diamond blades.
