Mechanic Cutting Guard Slider 45 PRO 2.0 with Edge Dry 5″ is a professional 45-degree cutting system designed to create precise Jolly edges on ceramic and porcelain tiles up to 20 mm thick. Engineered for use with 115–125 mm angle grinders from virtually any manufacturer thanks to its unique M14 spindle locking system, it delivers smooth, accurate bevel cuts with easy adjustment and maximum control. The upgraded PRO 2.0 version features dual bearings for increased load capacity, reduced vibration, longer service life, and improved cutting precision, while its large fluoroplastic sliding surfaces glide smoothly without scratching tile surfaces.

The kit includes the DiStar 1A1R 125×30 Edge Dry diamond blade, featuring a double-sided 25 mm diamond layer that allows both cutting and grinding with a single blade. Designed for modern tile installation and 45° edge finishing, the attachment includes an adjustable dust collection system for different tile thicknesses, integrated water supply connection points, and an inverted cutting mode ideal for processing small-format pieces. For optimal performance, it is recommended for use with the Mechanic CeraMAX table.
