Alpha 4″ Twincur Resin Bond was developed by Alpha Professional Tools® as part of the Alpha® Twincur System, specifically engineered for automatic edge polishing machines. Designed for square and beveled edge applications, these resin discs deliver consistent, high-quality results on wet polishing single-head machines such as Park® Pro Edge, Comandulli, Mantello, Thibault, Cavani, Denver, and many other models that use the 4” snail lock adapter. They are also fully compatible with multiple-head machines like the Loffler series KSL-RK.

Capable of polishing material edges up to 1-1/4” thickness, the system can also handle double-stacked laminated edges up to 1-1/2”, ensuring versatility for a wide range of fabrication needs. Users appreciate the long-lasting performance, easy operation, and quick-change system thanks to the popular snail lock adapter (SFAT), which boosts productivity and minimizes downtime.

For best results, edges should be calibrated square with a metal grit before polishing with Alpha® Twincur Resin discs. Pair them with Alpha® Twincur Final Polish to achieve a deep, glossy finish.
