Achilli MSA 370
Achilli MSA 370 is a high-precision bridge miter saw designed to perform 45° miter cuts on marble, granite, ceramic, porcelain stoneware, and sintered materials. Its inverted machining system processes slabs with the finished face down, compensating for thickness variations in non-calibrated materials and allowing precise, flawless 45° joints without limitations on slab width. The cutting head travels on advanced linear guides with recirculating ball slides and automatic lubrication, while a millimetric-precision manual handwheel provides accurate blade positioning and approach. Its integral pneumatic clamping system combines 10 to 11 locking pistons for standard and narrow pieces with three pop-up/retractable stops for thin ceramic and sintered stone slabs.
Built for demanding fabrication environments, the Achilli MSA 370 features a reinforced steel chassis treated with hot-dip galvanization for corrosion protection and removable splash guards along the workbench. Its scratch-resistant polymer slat worktable helps protect finished material surfaces, while motorized head travel with adjustable feed speed and integrated digital displays allows operators to monitor RPM, feed rate, and motor load. The machine accommodates 350, 400, and 450 mm (14″, 16″, and 18″) diamond blades and supports cutting thicknesses from 0–80 mm, providing a versatile solution for precise miter fabrication on a wide range of slab materials.
