Unlike dry-cutting blades, it features a soft, viscous bond that self-sharpens under coolant, enhanced with graphite chips to create a fine-pored structure and act as a hard lubricant for smooth, fast cutting and outstanding edge quality. Its laser-segmented rim reduces thermal load, ensuring stability and high productivity even on porcelain gres thicker than 20 mm.
