National 5280 Self-Propelled Floor Scraper
National 5280 Self-Propelled Floor Scraper is a hydraulically driven, forward self-propelled floor scraper designed to remove tough soft goods, including glued-down flooring, gummy commercial carpet, VCT, sheet vinyl, rubber tile, linoleum, indoor and outdoor sport surfaces, roofing material, and more. Its ergonomic design helps reduce operator fatigue while improving time and labor efficiency, and its compact footprint makes it well-suited for tight spaces. The forward self-propelled control provides variable travel speeds from 12 to 50 ft/min, while the self-contained, limited-maintenance hydraulic fluid system simplifies operation and maintenance.
The machine features a removable saddle weight to increase or decrease down pressure and traction, a tie-down/lifting bail for handling, and orbital cutting action that rotates the blade through a range of materials and substrates while extending machine life and reducing maintenance costs. The 5280 is CE marked and meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2004/108/EC. It includes a 148 5″ x 6″ blade and a 5280-137W 6 mm T-handle wrench, and comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts and labor.
