STI TPS Diamond System is a complete diamond grinding and polishing system engineered specifically for new epoxy terrazzo floors. Designed exclusively for Prep/Master® floor grinders, this coordinated system combines metal-bond grinding tools, a patent-pending grout pan, and resin-bond polishing tools to guide the floor through every stage—from aggressive aggregate exposure to a high-gloss polished finish. Each tool is color-coded orange for quick identification, ensuring operators always follow the correct polishing sequence for consistent, repeatable results.

The TPS System follows a defined seven-step process plus the intermediate grout stage: Steps #1–#3 are run dry to grind the terrazzo and expose the aggregate; Step #3.5 uses the stainless steel grout pan with epoxy and marble flour to fill pinholes before curing for at least 8 hours, and Steps #4–#7 are performed wet to refine and polish the surface. Designed for new epoxy terrazzo that is at least 8 hours old, the system delivers professional-quality finishes while maximizing tooling life. For best results, STI recommends performing a 100 sq. ft. mock-up before beginning a full installation and ensuring complete aggregate exposure with Tool #1 before advancing through the remaining steps.
