STI EZ Seal – 5 Gallon is a water-based acrylic sealer designed to penetrate deeply into concrete and other porous surfaces, providing a durable protective seal or finish coating. Its fast-drying formula minimizes downtime while delivering excellent gloss retention and long-lasting resistance to water, oils, water vapor, alkali, and many acids. EZ Seal helps seal and strengthen concrete, reducing dusting while preventing pitting, staining, and UV-related discoloration for reliable interior and exterior protection.
Formulated for use on concrete, masonry, stone wash, natural stone, terrazzo, and grout joints, STI EZ Seal offers a transparent finish that preserves the natural appearance of treated surfaces while allowing excellent breathability. Ideal for factories, warehouses, garages, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, maintenance areas, and livestock facilities, this easy-to-clean sealer provides dependable protection, covering approximately 300 square feet per gallon, though actual coverage may vary with surface conditions. Porous surfaces may require two applications for optimal performance.
