GROVES Glass Slings are meticulously crafted to ensure glass materials’ safe and efficient handling. Constructed with 3″ wide polyester webbing, these slings are reinforced with side straps to facilitate a balanced load, promoting stability during lifting and transportation. The interior of the slings and horizontal straps are protected by reinforced PVC-coated material, mitigating the risk of cutting and damage to the glass. Velcro straps are incorporated to prevent slippage on the beam when not under load, enhancing safety and ease of use. Before each use, inspecting the slings for wear and damage is essential to maintain optimal performance and safety. With a vertical lift workload rating of 9,600 lbs. per pair, these slings provide reliable support for heavy loads. To ensure proper usage, slings should always be nested in the corresponding sling stops on top of the beams, with included pins utilized to secure the splints in place.
