The GROVES Center Rail for Multi-Purpose Storage Rack is a robust and versatile solution designed to optimize storage and protection for various materials in your workshop or warehouse. The rails are ingeniously designed with slots to hold 2 x 4’s, providing added protection for stored products and the finish on the rails (2 x 4’s not included), with the option to mount Easy Slide, a low-friction material for extra protection. The center rail, equipped with Easy Slide, supports glass when sliding individual lives in and out of the rack, ensuring smooth and safe handling. Furthermore, the outside rails feature 2″ square holes spaced 4″ apart, reinforced with a steel plate for added strength and stability. GROVES Multi-Purpose Glass Storage System Main Features

• Heavy-duty powder-coated finish
• Rails are designed with slots to hold 2 x 4’s, which protect the stored product and the finish on the rails (2 x 4s not included). Optional
• Easy Slide (made of low friction material) can be mounted to the 2 x 4’s for extra protection
• Center rail with easy slide must be used to support the glass when sliding individual lives in and out of the rack
• Outside rails are built with 2″ square holes spaced 4″ apart. A steel plate with identical holes is welded and boxed inside the rails, 1″ up from the bottom
• 2″ square tube posts and 2″ square rubber post caps to separate glass
• Complete with an 11″ connector tube for butting rails together in a straight line for the desired length

Safety Warning

• Use .5″ holes located on a bottom flange for securing rails to the floor
• Maximum weight allowed per opening is 9,000 lbs. (4,500 lbs. per post)
• Minimum of 2-degree angle when dropping a stone in between posts
• When assembled, the overall height of the posts is 5.5″ less than listed (EXAMPLE: 60″ post will be 54.5″ above the top of the outside rail)
