GROVES Heavy-Duty Bundle Rail Backsplash Package 1 is a space-saving storage system designed to safely organize large quantities of finished backsplashes, slabs, or both in a compact, easily accessible layout. The package features heavy-duty powder-coated rails measuring 60″ long, 11″ wide, and 5½” high, which can be connected end-to-end with the included 11″ connector tubes to create the desired storage length. Each 5-foot section provides two openings for slab storage and four tiered, double-sided uprights that create eight dedicated backsplash storage sections, maximizing capacity while minimizing floor space.
Engineered for demanding stone fabrication environments, the outside rails include slots for 2 x 4 lumber (not included) to help protect slab edges and rail finishes, while reinforced 2″ square post openings spaced 4″ apart provide exceptional strength and stability. The package includes 2 BR-5 rails, 8 SP-60 posts, 8 BSB23 backsplash supports, 6 PC-2 post caps, and 2 connector tubes. Weighing 350 lbs, the system supports up to 9,000 lbs of slab storage between two posts (4,500 lbs per post) and up to 500 lbs per backsplash section when evenly distributed. For maximum safety, rails should be secured to the floor using the ½” mounting holes located on the bottom flange. Please note that the usable post height is 5½” less than the listed post length once assembled.
