Weha “Pig” Planetary Polisher 350 VS With Donkey Package — Designed from the ground up for stone countertops (not a modified floor machine), the PIG 350 VS polishes, hones, re-polishes, removes scratches and even leather-finishes granite, quartz, marble, concrete and other stones with factory-quality results. This dual-action planetary machine (three heads plus whole-body rotation) delivers a fast, clean, even, no-swirl finish; each of the three heads uses a standard 5/8-11 thread and accepts 4″, 5″ and 6″ pads (6″ pads preferred thanks to a full 14″ clearance for greater diamond-to-surface contact). The PIG works wet or dry and offers both shop and jobsite water systems: a quick-connect garden-hose fitting with on/off valve for continuous flow, plus a half-gallon onboard reservoir with two dispense valves for in-home work; a removable rubber water skirt helps control spray.

The PIG 350 VS ships with the 6″ Donkey Package — a thoroughly tested polishing system for marble, granite and quartz that handles hone, scratch removal and complete factory re-polish — and also includes three BRASS-thread snail-lock backup pads (accepts 5″ and 6″ velcro snail-lock pads; 6″ included). Note: certain extremely hard quartzites remain difficult to diamond-cut efficiently; this is a diamond-tool R&D challenge (not a machine issue) that Weha continues to address. The Donkey Package contains a set of three for each of the following: 6″ Pig Snail Lock 3-Step Diamond Pads (Steps 0, 1, 2, 3) and 6″ Donkey pads (600, 1000, 2000, 3000) — these Donkey pads boost gloss, remove light scratches, deepen polish and can add texture on quartz when mixed for tailored finishes.

Certain marbles are too soft to use the Donkey #1,2,3 pads on. So it was important to create a polishing system specifically for marble. These marble polishing pads can also do limestone, travertine, onyx, cultured marble, and other soft materials
