Achilli SINK Machine is a robust three-axis machine designed specifically for sink cut-outs, internal edge shaping, polishing, and recess drain fabrication. Its galvanized steel frame provides durability in demanding stone fabrication environments, while the manual head feed and bridge movement run on 16 adjustable 37 mm bearings over a rack-and-pinion system for smooth, controlled operation. The operating head features a 2.2 kW (3 HP), 8,000 RPM motor, a spindle with automatically activated external lubrication and a 1/2″ gas female connection, plus handwheel-controlled cutting-depth adjustment. Folding front supports make loading workpieces easier and accommodate pieces up to 4000 × 975 × 80 mm.

The Achilli SINK Machine uses both cutting rims and shaped wheels for versatile sink fabrication, including internal edge profiling and polishing, while optional templates allow production of washbasins with repeatable shapes. With 1420 mm X-axis, 730 mm Y-axis, and 150 mm Z-axis travel, and a standard 230V, 50/60Hz single-phase power supply, it provides precise manual control and efficient performance for professional countertop fabrication.
