How do we eliminate dust during the application?
Alpha® offers the Ecoguard G which will retrofit on most industrial grade 4.5” and 5” grinders. You can use the HEPA vacuum in conjunction with Vextra Flat Diamond Grinding Disc and Ecoguard to enjoy a virtually dust-free grinding application. Please check the material when you use a vacuum because some metal alloy powders are combustible.
Why doesn’t Alpha® offer the square arbor for Ecogrinder?
We can provide the square arbor suitable for Ecogrinder upon request.
What kind of tool can I use with Vextra Flat Diamond Grinding Disc?
You can use Vextra Flat Diamond Grinding Disc on High-Speed Angle Grinder, Sander and Polisher. The original flange & lock nut with the wrench provided work well or you can simply get Vextra Flat Diamond Grinding Disc with disposable zinc hub with 5/8”-11 female thread so that you can spin on and off using the spindle lock.
