4″ Mako Silicon Carbide Grinding Stones are more Abrasive and 30% more durable than Green Grinding Stones. They are used for Grinding Granite, Marble, as other types of Stones. They have ⅝”-11 thread and can be used with Grinders.

Silicon Carbide Grinding Stones are also called Black Grinding Stones. They are made from Silicon Carbide, which is widely used for Grinding Granite, Marble, and other types of Stones. It is harder than aluminum oxide, and it is generally used for Abrasive Wheels, Slurry, Refractory, and Ceramic industries. Silicon Carbide is special in the way it breaks down. As it breaks down into smaller particles, the media will expose new, sharp edges from black silicon carbide.
