Alpha Kirara Pads
Alpha Kirara Pads are specially engineered for the efficient maintenance of marble, limestone, and concrete surfaces in just three simple steps. Designed for wet polishing, these pads require only minimal water—just enough to keep the cutting edge cool—eliminating the need for final polishing pads, acidic powders, or harsh chemicals.
Perfect for challenging materials like Nero Maquina (Black Marble) and softer concrete countertops, Alpha Kirara Pads deliver professional results with ease. They can be used on standard floor buffers operating at 175 rpm or 300 rpm and feature a convenient hook-and-loop backing for quick installation on popular driver pads. For floor applications, a minimum of three pads per driver pad is recommended, though four or more can be used for larger machines.
Versatile and practical, Alpha Kirara Pads are also compatible with standard polishing machines, spray bottles, or even dual-action sanders paired with a water spray gun—ensuring flat, smooth finishes every time with minimal effort and water use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do Kirara pads work on granite and quartz surfaces?
No it doesn’t. Kirara pads are designed for the limestone family such as marbles, travertines and decorative concrete surfaces.
Why do Kirara pads have an indication of Pos. 1, Pos. 2 and Pos. 3?
This is a polishing system for maintenance which is not designed for grinding or sanding, so we kept the application simple and easy. We don’t recommend Kirara pads for use with other products for the restoration application.
Does Kirara pad contain acid?
No it doesn’t so you don’t have to worry about acid burn on the surface even if the slurry dries up on the polished surface.
Do I have to use a wet polisher with Kirara pads for the hand application?
No. You can use Kirara pads not only on a wet polisher but also on dry polishers and sanders such as a rotary polisher, dual-action sander and gear-action sander, etc.
Can I use Kirara pads on a high-speed floor burnisher?
No. You can use Kirara pads not only on a wet polisher but also on dry polishers and sanders such as a rotary polisher, dual-action sander and gear-action sander, etc.
How much pressure do I have to give to the Kirara pad?
You don’t have to give much pressure on the Kirara pad. We use ultra fine diamond grits with a special bonding system so that you should let the diamond work with minimal pressure.
