Tenax Concrete Proof is a water repellent sealer for use on concrete, cement, and terra cotta with high porosity. Will not change the color of the material. Tenax Concrete Proof penetrates deep into the material providing protection against water without altering the natural breathability of the concrete. Protects against algae and mold.

Instructions for Use

Make sure the surface to be treated is dry and clean. The presence of water, dust, or dirt may affect the result regarding the uniformity of the surface. Spread the product using a brush, sponge, cloth, or spray gun. Use the right quantity that the material can naturally absorb.

It is suggested to repeat this treatment after 10-15 minutes from the first application, wet on wet. The water repellency effect will be achieved after 24 hours. If using on a floor, do not walk on the surface for at least 24 hours. For high porosity concrete, we suggest at least two coats.

Coverage

1 Liter will treat 54 – 162 square feet depending on the porosity of the material.

Shelf Life

Keep away from heat, humidity, and sun. The product will last at least 2 years if kept between 65°F – 77°F.
