DAP 100% Silicone Sealant, Door and Siding Sealant is an all-purpose, 1 component acetoxy cure rubber sealant provides excellent durability, flexibility and adhesion for a long-lasting, waterproof seal that won’t crack, crumble or shrink, it is ideal for for caulking and sealing around windows, doors, siding, trim, gutters, vents and molding, it is good to use in outdoor and indoor applications due to its resistance to extreme temperatures and moisture.

To Get the Best Out of the DAP 100% Silicone Sealant:

• The surface must be clean from debris, dust, soap, oil, grease, or any other kind of particles or layers
• Apply sealant to the surface pushing sealant ahead of nozzle
• Smooth bead and remove excess if necessary
• When applying to hard rubber or plastic surfaces, lightly sand or roughen surface first to maximize adhesion
• Application temperature is between -35°F and 140°F
• Joint width should be less than 1/2”. If joint depth exceeds 1/2”, use backer rod material
