- Is a unique water base penetrating sealer designed for the protection of all natural stone, tile, grout & masonry surfaces where a water based product is preferred.
- Is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look.
- Does not produce a strong odor.
- Penetrates into the surface and forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains, while allowing vapor to escape.
- Coverage: 500 – 3,000 square feet per gallon (72 – 270 square meters per 3.785 liters). Container sizes: Gallon, quart, pint.

- Marble Conditioner is a recrystallization treatment designed to maintain the polish of marble, terrazzo and agglomerate surfaces.
- A floor or hand buffer is necessary for this procedure.
- We recommend using a Marble Master MM 1000 (150 lbs & 175 rpm) floor machine or hand machine with the appropriate steel wool pads.
